At the Root is a weekly living reflection on what it means to live between striving and slowing down. Each week I write about trying to find my footing as a recovering people pleaser and hyper achiever who’s learning to listen to her body and live in a way that is sustainable.
At the Root is where I write for me, to sort through what’s on my mind, and you get to peek behind the curtain. It’s not about fixing anything, though I’ll often share what’s helped me or what I’m still trying to figure out. It’s more about noticing, validating, and making space for what’s real.
