Grounded In Growth
Grounded in Growth is a small, intimate group experience for those who are ready to shift out of mental noise and into steadiness. Over seven weeks, you’ll begin to notice the thought patterns that keep you stuck… and the gentle steps that help you move beyond them. We’ll create grounding morning rituals and small, steady habits you can weave throughout your day to support your nervous system.
This work has helped my clients move out of fight-or-flight, find more ease in their bodies, soften their stress response, and create more quiet in their lives. It is about slowing down… tuning in… and growing from the inside out.
Grounded in Growth is built on the science and principles of mental fitness, a framework developed by Shirzad Chamine, author of Positive Intelligence. His work teaches that we all have two operating systems. One lives in the mind—the saboteurs—the fast, reactive patterns that pull us into stress, urgency, and self-judgment. The other lives in the body—the sage—the quieter, wiser place inside yourself- the place of clear grounded ease.
Ease isn’t accidental… it’s relearned. It returns as we choose it again and again, gently.
Why I am offering this program to you
I created this program because I know what it feels like to be consumed by a to-do list, by people pleasing, by the constant push to achieve. For years, I didn’t know what to do with an hour to myself besides work out or cross off another task. I managed my stress through motion and productivity, convincing myself it was control… but the stress lived in my body. Over time, it became inflammation—aches, sickness, and eventually cancer. My body was speaking, but I wasn’t listening.
I spent years learning what peace and ease actually feel like in my body. At first it was uncomfortable, even foreign. But through coaching and practice, I now (mostly) live from that steadier place.
I believe that when I am present—truly grounded in this moment—I am my most capable self. I have less inflammation. I’m clearer, more loving, more connected, more creative, more wise. And I want that for you. I want people to feel ease again… to feel at home in themselves… to return to the most important relationship in their life: the one with themselves.
Healing from the inside out matters. It shapes the way we move through our days and, ultimately, the length and quality of our lives. This program is my way of helping you come back to yourself. It is a gift to your physical, mental, and emotional body… and you only get one of those.
